Inserting a Header:
- Go to the Insert tab in the Excel ribbon.
- Select Header & Footer. This will open a new pane on the right side of your screen.
- In the Header section of the pane, type in your header text. You can also format it as needed.
Inserting Images into the Header:
- To insert an image, click on the Insert tab and select Picture.
- Choose your image using the file explorer window.

- If you want to add a header to just one page, go to the Page Layout tab and select Header & Footer.
- In the Header section, select the Different First Page checkbox. This allows you to add a different header for the first page.
- Type in your header text, format it, and click OK.
