Step 1: Open Your Excel Spreadsheet
The first step is to open your Excel spreadsheet. If you don't have one already created, you can create a new one.
Step 2: Select the Page Layout Tab
Once your spreadsheet is open, locate the Page Layout tab at the top of the screen and click on it. This will open up various options for formatting your page.
Step 3: Click on the Print Titles Button

Once you've selected the Gridlines option, click OK to close the Print Titles dialog box. Your gridlines should now be visible in the preview of your spreadsheet.
Step 6: Print Your Spreadsheet
The final step is to print your spreadsheet. Click on the File tab and select Print. This will open the Print dialog box. From here, you can select your printer and choose other options, such as the number of copies you want to print.
