How to export Unpaid bills in a CSV file from your QBO account?
Let us start the process by opening your QBO account and go to the 'Bills' section, which is divided into three categories: Paid, Unpaid, and 'For Review'.

Click on the 'Unpaid' section to view all the unpaid bills. Then, click on the gear icon to initiate the export process.

This stage allows you to select the columns you wish to export, such as Source, Bill Number, Bill Date, and Category.
Next to the gear icon, you will find a button labeled 'Export to Excel'. Click this button to begin the download of your file.

Once the file is downloaded, open it and navigate to the 'File' menu.

Select 'Save As' option to download this data to your systems.

Please make sure to save the file in 'CSV' format.

This CSV file is now prepared and can be seamlessly uploaded to any platform, facilitating better management of your unpaid bills.
